Plane 11 — Privacy Policy

The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or contact details. The following data is handled on-device or by the services listed below:

• Game progress. Your best score, coin balance, and unlocked vehicles are stored locally on your device and never leave it.
• Leaderboards. When a run ends, the app sends it to our leaderboard. We store the game mode, your best score in that mode, your pilot name, and a random identifier for your device. The app gives you a name such as "PILOT 4821" and you can change it from the leaderboard screen. Because you choose it, please do not put your real name or anything else personal in it — it is shown to other players. Names are limited to 12 characters and screened before they appear. The identifier is created on your device the first time you play, is not your advertising or device identifier, and is not connected to anything else about you — it exists so the board can show you your own best and keep one entry per player. Pilot names and scores are shown publicly on the in-game leaderboard. The app also sends how long the run lasted, which we use only to check the score is plausible and do not keep.
• Advertising data. The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect coarse ad-interaction data and diagnostic information to serve and measure ads. On Android it also uses the device's advertising ID; on iOS the app never requests the advertising identifier, so ads there are non-personalised. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses advertising data.
• Approximate location. The advertising SDK receives your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate the general area the device is in. This is an approximation drawn from the network connection, not a position from your device: the app never asks for location access and does not use location services.
• Diagnostics. Aggregate crash and performance data may be collected by the advertising SDK to keep the app and ads functioning correctly.

The app does not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and does not ask for permission to do so. It never requests your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), so ads shown on iOS are non-personalised.

On Android, ads are served using your device's advertising ID. You can reset it, or turn off personalised ads entirely, in Settings > Privacy > Ads. The app works the same either way.

In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and UK), the app presents a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform before showing personalised ads. You can decline personalised ads and still play the game.

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We run the leaderboard for this app ourselves. It holds only what is listed above: a randomly generated device identifier, the pilot name you chose, and your best score in each mode. We do not ask for your name, email address, or contact details, and cannot identify you from what is stored unless you put identifying information into your pilot name yourself.

Leaderboard entries are kept so that high scores last. If you would like yours removed, email hello@chalkecustoms.com.au with the pilot name shown on your device and we will delete them. Deleting the app removes the identifier from your device, after which any remaining entry can no longer be connected to you.

Data handled by Google (AdMob) is retained under Google's policies, and you can exercise your privacy rights directly with Google. You can reset your device's advertising identifier at any time in your device settings, and remove all local game data by deleting the app.
